Welcome to Historical Outfitters

|
HistoricalOutfitters.com (The HUB) is a major advertising site for Historical involvement between different groups and is a free service. It also allows the viewing public to be able to easily find events, entertainers, & merchants in their area or State. This site also makes it easy for organizers or other entities to find each other and put together historical & educational programs & events for the public to enjoy.
HistoricalOutfitters.com is undergoing a major change to bring you more information & more products arranged by state for easy shopping and so you can find a place near your home you may not have known existed. Find Historical Events in America as well as entertainers & merchants that exist in the States. This site is being constructed to hopefully bring you easy navigation & less frustrations then some of the other sites on the internet. I Roberte Riche (site developer) have been a merchant, an entertainer, & an event organizer. I know how hard it is to find the right people for the right events & that is why I have created this FREE site for you.
If you know of a web site that would benefit by having a free ad on the Hub please e-mail me a link to the site and I will take care of the rest. e-mail: warwick@latentstudios.com

What
is the HUB?
The HUB is a major advertising site for Historical involvement between
different groups and is a free service. It also allows the viewing public to be
able to easily find events, entertainers, & merchants in their area or State.
Also it makes it easy for organizers or other entities to find each other and
put together historical & educational programs & events for the public to enjoy.
Why is the HUB better than a Web Ring?
One thing that makes the HUB better is the fact that it is easy to find
events, entertainers, and merchants without all the confusion of a Web Ring. Web
Rings are full of unneeded information that crowds the web page and confuses the
viewer. With the hub you can click on Historical Events, Entertainment Guild, or
the Merchants Guild; from there you can click on the state you need, then
exactly what type of event, group, or merchant you would like to find. Easy and
straight forward.
Who can apply to the HUB?
Only Historical Events, Historical Entertainment Groups, & Merchants who sell
historical merchandise can be listed on the HUB. This format will keep the
K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple stupid) guideline.
Guidelines:
1. The page must be historically oriented towards one of the HUB's three
categories.
2. The page must be comprised of more than just links.
3. The page must be 'G' rated. (No pornography, or links to.)
4. The HUB Banner must be easily accessible. If it isn't located on the front
page, then I would prefer that it be placed on a page that is made for such
material. If this is the case then it will need to be easy to find & you will
need to send me a link to the page it is placed on.
What if I don't have a web site?
If you do not have a web site already then Historical Outfitters can make you
a single information page for a small price (see
extra services page).
I believe I qualify...What do I do?
The next step would be to copy and past The HUB Logo and apply by
going to the
application page and following the instructions provided. If you have
any questions you can e-mail me at:
warwick@latentstudios.com
What historical categories are covered on the HUB?
What if I am in a different category, what then?
If you believe you do not fall under one of the categories above just e-mail
me all the information and if I determine that you are within the guidelines of
the Hub, I will add a category to fit you in.
